F*ck Black Friday
Every year, fast fashion brands come up with cunning marketing plans to get you to frenzy spend at the expense of the planet. From copying designs to using cheap materials, nothing will stop corporations from grabbing a quick buck.
This Friday, we’re putting our money where our mouth is by aiming for zero sales on the busiest day of the year. To achieve this target, we’re disabling the checkout process on our website for the day. Doing the complete opposite of what other brands are doing is our way of taking a stance against this consumerist sales event. We are not the first to speak against Black Friday, and we hope we won’t be the last. We’re simply doing what we think is right for workers in the industry, our oceans and the planet.
