All of our orders are shipped from Sherbrooke, QC, Canada.
For in-stock products, we ship orders the same business day, or the next business day at the latest.
For Quebec and Ontario destinations, we’ll ship with Purolator. For other destinations, we’ll ship with Canada Post. We can also use your shipping account if you prefer.
Yes, if a distributor wants to choose between the lowest rate available or simply always use their shipping account, we’ll gladly do so.
Orders can be sent placed via 2 methods:
- Send us a purchase order via email
- Place an order via our self-serve platform (you’ll need to create an account)
For orders with 600+ units, we offer a white label program for with a 30-day lead time. The headwear can be customized and decorated to your exact specifications. Shipping speed varies per transportation method:
- Plane: 7-10 days
- Boat: 35-40 days
