You’ve got options: either grab a refund or exchange your item for something else you fancy. Here’s how it works:

  • Products Need to Be Like New: We need the goods to be in tip-top shape. So, please ensure that they are undamaged and in like-new condition.
  • Within 30 Days: Life can get busy, we get it. That’s why you’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate your return or exchange.
  • Let’s Split the Difference: While postage costs on average 10$+, we’ll meet you halfway and provide a 5$ printable return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund/exchange.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Quebec & Ontario: 3-5 business days (Standard) or 1-3 business days (Express).
  • Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days (Standard) or 1-5 business days (Express).
  • USA: 7-14 business days (Standard) or 3-7 business days (Express).
  • International: 7-21 business days.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility (except for Standard USA/International).
